A new project is on the horizon and the horizon is rushing up to meet me very quickly. Getting a team together is the first challenge to any project. One of my friends once told me that at Microsoft the first two items on any project agenda is naming it and then ordering the t-shirts.
I’m not ordering t-shirts yet, and I’m glad we haven’t as we’ve already had a name change in the project.
This is a big project that is going to take a long while to work out, so I’ll try and post some snippets as we go along. But for now it’s back to feeling like one of the team captains in the school yard, picking your team from all your classmates.
The next challenge will be running a workshop to solidify thinking and get everyone’s opinions on certain topics. My hope is that we can create union rather than rebellion.
